Welcome to Villa Margarita, excellently located opposite Corallia Beach in the Coral Bay area, the perfect choice of CVR villa for a beach holiday in Cyprus. Why? Because you could not get closer to the beach! Corallia Beach is a beautiful sandy beach with crystal clear Mediterranean waters on your doorstep. The equally fantastic Coral Bay Beach is just 1 km away with the famous Coral Bay Strip a little further on with its numerous restaurants, bars with live music, shops and a great little amusement park with mini golf right in the centre.
Further afield the Sea Caves, St. George and the Akamas lie to the west. Back east you have Coral Bay, Potima Bay and the Old Town and Kato Paphos.
Villa Margarita is arranged to host 22 guests in comfort, with capacity for up to 26 guests on request. Outside, the grounds have been designed for both relaxation and social gatherings. A generous private pool, available with optional heating, is set among sun loungers, parasols, and shaded seating areas. Time can be spent unwinding by the water or enjoying the optional jacuzzi/spa, where massage jets allow for year-round rejuvenation. An extensive outdoor kitchen and bar, created in a chiringuito style, has been equipped with a teppanyaki grill, ceramic barbecue (Big Green Egg style), gas hob, sink, wine fridge, American-style fridge/freezer, dishwasher, pizza oven, and ice machine, creating an ideal space for al fresco dining, casual meals, or celebratory gatherings.
For additional fun, a ping-pong table and a pool table are also available, providing hours of entertainment for guests of all ages.
Inside the villa, contemporary comforts have been provided throughout, including air conditioning, a full Sonos sound system, and high-speed fibre-optic internet. The open-plan living and dining areas have been designed to offer a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, supported by an OLED TV and PlayStation 5 for entertainment. A fully fitted gourmet kitchen, supplied with modern appliances, has been set up to accommodate everything from family-style cooking to more elaborate meal preparation, ensuring a comfortable setting no matter the occasion.
On the ground floor, 1 annexed room with shower and 1 annexed family room with shower have been positioned with direct access to the pool terrace and outdoor spaces, and a guest cloakroom has also been included for added convenience.
On the first floor, guests will find a king bedroom with en suite shower, a family bedroom with a king bed, a queen bed and en suite shower, a king bedroom, a family bedroom with a queen bed and a bunk bed (suitable for children up to the age of 14), and a family double-queen bedroom with en suite shower, complemented by a separate family bathroom, providing comfortable and private spaces for all and making the layout especially suitable for larger families or groups.
