Positive: The apartment is in a lovely location, on the hillside of Vouliagmeni, with an amazing view of the pines and the sea. It's very quite as a little bit aside from the city center. This means you better need a car to move easily to the sea and the restaurants, but on the other side you feel a very peaceful atmosphere. The apartment has a big and very nice living room and the balcony is also big enough to enjoy your meals outside, we literaly loved it! The owner is always available for any need by whatsapp, she helped with something we needed. LIterally 5 minutes driving to many different public beaches and beautifull beachclubs! Beach wowels also available: very good for us that love to travel light. If you wish to swim and sunbathe this is the house for you :)

Negative: Bathrooms and kitchen need to be renovated. Kitchen has old equipments (counter and sink especially) and there is no dishwasher. The bathrooms are old and the main and probably only bad point of the house. If they will be renovated the apartment will just be perfect.
