Positive: Very good apartment with good facilities, kitchen has everything you need. Big balcony allowed us to sit and enjoy our evenings after a long day exploring. Air conditioning in every room definitly helps during those hot greek nights. Very good location with really good takeaway kebabs that are just beneath the apartment. Bakery is just across the street so you can get a fresh loaf of bread in the morning. And theres 2 lidl supermarkets within 5 minute walking distance from the apartment. Bus stops are close to apartment so getting to Piraeus is easy. The owner has always replied within 10 minutes of messaging and has helped us a lot. Will definilty book again if we come back to Athens.

Negative: Because the apartment is located on the main road leading to Piraeus, the sound of cars might be a bit distracting when sitting out on the balcony, I personally didn't mind it but I know that it might be an issue to some. In contrast, the apartment has soundproof isolation so you don't hear the cars from inside of the apartment when balcony doors are closed. Also, the lock for the apartment and entrance door definitly needs to be looked at. Opening the door is very easy and smooth but locking the door is the opposite. I was always scared that I will break the key trying to lock the door.

Summary: Absolute bargain, definitly recommend it to a group of friends that are planning on visiting Athens.
