Positive: This place is much better than a hotel, you have a relatively large private apartment, with a terrace and a nice view and everything you need as in a normal home. Shared veranda to hang out, restroom and bedroom. Also, the air conditioning was gold, so you don't have to worry about the heat when you're chilly at home or during sleep. I enjoyed stay here very much, you have 20 min connection with the city destinations on bus route number 6, timetable on QR code on stop nearby, very easy. It goes 1-2 times per hour, so if you follow the timetable, it is very easy to go anywhere on the island using blue bus + green buses. One way ticket is only 2.5 euro, even cheaper in the ticket machine in the town centre, and day ticket is 5 euro within Corfu town. I was watching YouTube on the TV in the flat, it has Netflix too but because of the bug you cannot proceed further than the first tab. And the Wi-Fi is very fast. So basically everything was very good. You can book this place without hesitation.

Negative: There are some regular beaches nearby, they are not the beaches you go to Corfu for, so for a decent beach you would have to have a daily ride, but if you are tired you can also use local ones, like the one near the dam in front of you (4 min walk).
