Junior Villa Overview:
The junior villa itself is a beautiful three bedroom, three bathroom property with stunning sea and sunset views situated on the Resort on Aphrodite Hills. Private pool and communal pool.
Bedrooms: Master double bedroom (en suite with spa bath & shower) second double bedroom and one twin room (both have their own shower rooms).
Full Villa Description:
A beautiful, bright spacious townhouse villa with its own private pool (with heating available). The ground floor hosts the modern, fully fitted kitchen (with dishwasher) and dining area, as well as the comfortably furnished living area, both of which open out to the spacious upper terrace. The upper terrace has comfortable sofas and chairs and a dining table and chairs perfect for taking in the stunning sea, golf and sunset views.
All three of the bedrooms have en suite bathroom and are located on the lower ground floor – the bedrooms and bathrooms were refurbished in 2022 so are lovely and modern. All bedrooms open out onto the private and peaceful lower pool terrace where you will find sunbeds for all and a BBQ area with sink and gas BBQ. This terrace can be accessed from the kitchen and side of the property (gated for safety).
Please note: pool heating for this villa is recommended between October - May and costs an additional €235.00 per week.
