The back garden of the property feels really private with large hedges and a well grown in, pretty garden (with fruit trees and grape vines featured). There is a 10x5 swimming pool with roman step entrance, large sun decks, shady terraces with comfortable seating and dining table, a BBQ area - plenty of places to relax and enjoy the surroundings.
The ground floor hosts a good sized living room which has comfortable leather sofas, a flat screen TV with UK channels and unlimited movies (with international channel options). There is also a CD player and iPod dock to help keep you entertained. The separate kitchen and dining area are spacious and very well equipped - including a coffee maker. Both ground floor rooms spill out onto the outside patio.
Upstairs you will find two bedrooms which are well furnished with good quality bed, mattresses & linens, ceiling fans and balconies which overlook the pool, garden and golf course. The second double room (which can be made into a twin) enjoys an en suite bathroom with bath and overhead shower, and the master double room benefits from a high-vaulted wooden ceiling and a large en suite with bath & overhead shower, separate shower and his & hers sinks. Downstairs there is a cool, basement twin room with a dressing table, mirror, lounge seating and en suite bathroom with shower cubicle.
