Situated just a 9’ drive to the port of Kyllini and close to many sights & famous sandy beaches of Western Peloponnese.
Our modern 130m2 villa is fully equipped and able to accommodate 7 people comfortably. It offers 1 master bedroom with a king sized bed, 1 twin bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 one more bedroom with 1 single bed. Additionally, two more persons can be accommodated in the living room sofa that turns into an extra double bed.
There is an open space living room, with dining area and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. The lounge area offers a wonderful pool and sea views. There is one main bathroom with a bathtub. Air conditioning units are located in every bedroom and an extra in the living room.
Our residence features excellent outdoor roofed & lawn spaces with relaxing sun loungers around the pool and outdoor furniture. There is also a roofed terrace with a stone built barbeque and oven, dining table and kitchen facilities. There is also one more convenient bathroom with shower, located outdoors.

Our villa is located in the wider area of Kyllini and just 6 km from Kyllini town and port where you can get the ferry for the Ionian islands. You can find a supermarket and pharmacy at about 2km and there are cafes and restaurants at about 500m. The area is famous for its long sandy beaches offering a wide range of water sports, beach bars & restaurants and for its thermal baths. You can also visit the nearby Chelmoutsi Castle (built in the 13th century) or the world famous Ancient Olympia Archeological site located about 1 hour drive from our villa. Another great option for a day trip is to get the ferry from Kyllini and visit the island of Zakynthos in just 1h and 15minutes.
