It has 1 bedroom (with 1 double bed), 1 spacious living room (with 2 comfortable sofa double beds and LED TV), 1 kitchen (with fridge & freezer, electric cooker with hood, microwave, kettle, sandwich maker), W.C. with shower, large balcony (veranda), WiFi, electric boiler for hot water at all times and A/C for heating and cooling.

1)No smoking indoors. Smoking is permitted only in the front veranda and rear balcony.
2)Quiet Hours policy
Winter time (1st October-31st March): 3:30pm-5:30pm & 10pm-7:30am
Summer time (1st April-30th September): 3pm-5:30pm & 11pm-7am
3)When exiting, please ensure you have closed all balcony doors / water taps and switched off all lights & the A/C.
Unsuitable for pets.
No parties allowed.
Earliest Check-in time is 02:00pm.
Latest Check-out time is 11:00am.
