Summary: It's been great stay with family. Room was very comfortable, simple furnishing and large balcony. Pool area is very quiet, just lie down and relax while having beautiful flowers and fruit trees around.
Restaurant and mini market are just 100m away, you can easily walk to nearby villages which has more tavernas and markets like 1-3km or use bus that comes every 20min.
I recommend this place for those looking for peace and quiet location, even beach area during the season time is not crowded. Chania Old town is just 40min drive.

Summary: Kamissiana is a cosy and welcoming little village, this was a wonderful relaxing experience all round. All services were close by and the beach was about 5minutes walk away. Our room was very spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet. Inside the courtyard there was a sheltered swimming pool with beach chairs, and the breakfast was varied and tasty. The hotel hosts were helpful and lovely, a heartfelt thank you to Eleni and her husband!!!

Summary: Very clean hotel, daily room cleaning.
Very welcoming and attentive staff.
Magnificent flower garden very well maintained.
Very nice pool area.
The last day we had to leave very early in the morning for our return to the airport, and the manager prepared the breakfast buffet for us at 6:30 am instead of normally 8:00 am.
I highly recommend, and I will be happy to come back if possible.

Summary: Outstanding property and service! The breakfast was the best I've had in Greece! The pool is clean and modern and they had free parking. The service was perfect. Highly recommend you stay here for touring Chania and the West Coast of Crete. Not too far from Balos Beach or Chania.

Summary: Great little family run hotel. Only 12 or so rooms of varying sizes - we had a family suite comprising 2 rooms, a living room with 2 sofa beds containing a small kitchen area, and a bedroom for 2 people. Rooms of a good size, although no aircon in the main bedroom which was an occasional problem when temperatuire was 30 and still 25 at night. The owners could not have been more helpful - they always seemd to be available, and even brought us breakfast on the first day when we had missed the official timing. Good sized pool and pool area. No wifi in bedrooms but only in a limited area at and very close to Reception.

Summary: Great location as not a major holiday location. Hotel fantastic, staff welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Pool great and gardens fantastic. Rooms very clean and nice large balcony.

Summary: We so enjoyed our stay at the Golden Rose. Flowers and grounds are very well taken care of. We also enjoyed relaxing at the very clean pool. Breakfast was delicious. Room comfortable. Sophia, the desk manager, was extremely friendly and helpful.
