The pool terraces are secured with railing; they are overlooking the open sea and offer stunning sunset views as well as the front furnished terraces for dining al fresco.Villa and pool are both surrounded by an olive grove and colourful gardens. There is a built BBQ at the back, for those who would like to try their cooking skills and a couple of swings for the younger occupants’ satisfaction.Bonus TipsHeated poolThe pool can be heated on request and on a minimum duration of four days. The cost is 70,00 Euro per day and they are payable directly to the owner.Marilena Sunset is just 200 meters away from the sea, it is close to local amenities (approx. 400 meters), 12 kms from Polis Chrysochous and only 50 minutes drive from Paphos Airport.An interior staircase lands onto the upper level. This part of the house offers front and side balconies with stunning sea or olive grove views and features one double and one twin bedroom, both with en-suite bathrooms and a small utility space in between.Use of air-conditioning in the bedrooms is a gift from the owner.
