Negative: Near the end the bell person took my water Which was complimentry. The bell boy told me to buy it else where. Which left a sour taste in both my partner and I. Like we literally paid for it. Everything was fantastic until this happened. Really weird that the bald bell boy was so adamant about us not drinking there water outside of the hotel and the audacity of taking it away. To be honest, everything was top notch up until this. Takes one person to ruin the entire experience of the stay. Good Job bell boy working the 11:00am check-out on January 28th, 2026. There was no sign about drinking there water or taking the water bottle outside of holiday inn. And even if there was, there wasn't one in English.

Summary: Bell boy ruined a great trip
