Summary: Overall, it's a decent property, but let's begin with the obvious - this is absolutely not a five star property. That's not to stay that this isn't a bad place. The appearance of the property is good with a great lobby, decorations, organization! The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming, making sure that everyone has what they need. The pool facilities and activities are great as well, with lots of options available to entertain the guests. Dining options are plenty and the cleaning staff are amazing with ensuring the general dining area is cleaned and are friendly as well. The general outlook of the property is great, but the rooms are a completely different story. The rooms aren't bad, but the bathrooms are not. We found the bathrooms to be dirty and in poor condition. That aspect could be much better. It seems, at some point, the property WAS a five star facility, but how long ago that was, who knows. These days, it would be a three stat property.
