To arrange arrival transportation, guests must contact our reservations team directly at least 48 hours prior to arrival using the contact information on the confirmation received after booking, we provide shared speedboat (surcharge) to/from royal phuket marina. this cost includes shared transportation to/from phuket international airport. guests already staying in phuket are kindly requested to arrange their own transport to royal phuket marina, guests traveling from hotels in krabi or krabi international airport, will be required to arrange their own transportation, speedboat transfer between royal phuket marina and outrigger phi phi island resort is thb 2,000 net per adult, thb 1,500 net per child ages 4-11 years old, while infants under 4 are free of charge, speedboat schedule:, • depart from outrigger phi phi island resort at 11:00 am and arrive to royal phuket marina at 12:00 pm, • depart from royal phuket marina at 2:00 pm and arrive to outrigger phi phi island resort at 3:00 pm, important note:, • departure and arrival times are approximate and may vary due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances, • all guests are kindly requested to arrive at royal phuket marina and check-in at our departure lounge by 1:30 pm to ensure a smooth boarding process, • for the safety and comfort of all passengers, we advise that pregnant women, elderly guests, or individuals with mobility challenges refrain from joining our speedboat transfers, the name on the credit card used to book must correspond with the primary guest name on the reservation and the same card must be presented by the cardholder at check-in along with matching photo identification.please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. you can use the special requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation, guests are required to show a photo id and credit card upon check-in. please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
