Located on a hillside, the villa offers clear views of the surrounding green landscape. It covers 130 m2 and has two bedrooms, accommodating up to 5 guests.

Ground Floor
The ground floor of the villa includes a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with a 50 smart TV and Bluetooth speaker. A WC with a washing machine is also available on this level.
First Floor
A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor, which has two bedrooms. Each bedroom includes King-size beds (1.80m x 2.00m), air conditioning, and central heating.
