Positive: I loved this place! Kept extending the stay and will definitely be coming back! Such great value and it's walking distance from everything you could ever want while still being in a lovely, quiet section of town. There's a beautiful garden with frogs chirping all night and Sarah and the other woman who's there are always so nice and wonderful to talk to. Oh and in the mornings there are often delicious baked goods for sale out front!

Negative: There was no coffee or a hot water kettle available for use. And no drinking water available either. Also, sometimes the wifi didn't work, and there would be a smell in the bathroom, but I think all of Chiang Mai might suffer from a water system issue. But besides that we really loved our stay 😁!

Summary: Best priced hidden gem in the heart of everything!
