The lovely village of Kathikas lies close to Polis and Paphos, it is set in beautiful countryside, perfect for walking, bird watching, photography, painting. The villa is in the center of the village down a side road. Situated 700mts above sea level the temperature in the summer months is a cool 5 degrees lower than on the coast. The private pool is situated in a mature garden. There are 4 air conditioners as from 23/07/2016 and will have a (5euro per unit per day) charge but only from any future bookings. Central heating available for the winter (extra fee)
