Protaras Holiday Villa Mazeri is perfectly located in a secluded area of Cape Gkreco between the resorts of Protaras and Ayia Napa.
Build on a large plot of land of 2000 m2 the villa is surrounded by one of the most beautiful and well maintained gardens in the area and features a large 13m x 7m private swimming pool and spacious outside bar and BBQ area which is ideal for family parties or the ultimate relaxation.
This villa is furnished to a very high standard offering quality and comfort and offers 5 good sized bedrooms 4 shower rooms and a guest toilet and can sleep up to a maximum of 11 people.
On the first floor there is a the large master bedroom with a double bed and en-suite shower room, a second double room and shower room. On the ground floor there are two more rooms one double and one twin as well as a shower room and a guest WC. The twin room has a bank bed and a double sofa bed. The fifth bedroom, not connected to the main house, is located just outside the kitchen and offers a double bank bed and an-suite shower. A baby cot and high chair can also be provided. In total the villa can comfortably sleep 11 persons.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances that you will need for your stay, including clothes dryer, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and much more. The dining area is very spacious and has seating for up to 12 people. Villa Mazeri provides many extra's so that you can enjoy your stay as much as possible.
