Villa Penelope is a 193m2, 5 bedroom - 4 bathroom (one bathroom has 2 shower cubicles) villa decorated in a Country Chic style and set in its own enclosed 6800m2 property with 50 olive trees and Mediterranean flora.
Decorated by its loving owners, it is more a home than an impersonal holiday property. It is built on two stories and has an open-plan kitchen/living room which has a large fireplace for the chillier evenings. All rooms are individually heated and cooled to provide for different needs. There is an unobstructed view of the sea and Proti Island from the verandas and the six strategically placed outdoor patios ensure there is a sunny or shady spot to sit at all times of the day.
The garden is reminicent of a Greek village garden and is totally pesticide and chemical-free for your childrens' and pets' safety. There is a large covered BBQ area for outdoor dining evenings with a traditional wood-fired oven, a large charcoal grill, food preperation areas, a sink and a large table.
It is conveniently situated just across the path (15m) from a small beach with cristal-clear waters, and the golden beaches of Chrissi Akti, Romanos and Voidokilia are a short drive away.
