Positive: The staff were very friendly, helpful, courteous.

Negative: The river cabin was not clean, under the bed there was a thick layer of dust, as was the case with all the corners of the room. The beds were a nightmare, it was like sleeping on a slab of concrete with a thin sheet on top. The rooms were very noisy, there were two guests next door and their snoring was so loud, it was as if they were in the same room as I was. These complaints are not new, I saw reviews from over a year ago, where similar comments were made and the resort promised it would make improvements. It didn't. The holder for soaps in the shower was corroded and should be replaced. Don't be fooled by photos of the play area to the side of the river cabins, it is in a very poor and filthy state and is unfit for use. The mini fridge is outside the room so if you wish to take a sip of water during the night, you have to go out on your balcony to get it, which is not very convenient. We stayed from Friday to Monday, the room was not cleaned once. I accidentally broke a vase in the restaurant which I was very sorry about and I shared the cost to replace it with the resort. I had no trouble with paying part of the cost, because I didn't want to get the staff in trouble.
