Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Paid for an upgrade to a raft chalet, so it was lovely being on the river. Large room and bed. Drinking water provided. Breakfast included. Free transfers from/to station. Arranged a taxi for us to get to Hellfire Pass and museum. Restaurant is on a balcony overlooking the gardens.

Negative: There was no kettle in the room. No proper drainage in the shower. Some of the walkways were a bit rickety. A few mosquitoes so need plenty of insect repellent!
